    SE-SP1

    SE-SP1 is a freeze-dried culture, white colored, made of a strain of Penicillium spp. specifically adapted to covered dry sausages.
    It brings out a subtle and natural scent and induces the flavor of “typical good dry sausages”.
    It develops a protective covering against mould contaminants and against technical difficulties like excess surface drying.

    SE-SP1

     

    Ingredients
    Freeze-dried mould and dextrose (carrier).
    How to use
    It has to be used to cover sausages after casing:
    - Pour the whole content of the sachet into recommended quantity (50L) of cold stirred water and shake it until homogeneous.
    - Immerse stuffed product in the prepared batch or spread mixture over the surface.
    Recommended dosage
    1 sachet for 50l.
    Packaging
    Packed in 30g sachet ready to be used.
    Transport conditions
    It does not need refrigeration during transport if time is less than 7 days. The product is sent in a porex box.
    Storage and shelf life
    The shelf life is indicated on the sachet. Maximum 21 months if the product is stored at -18 ºC and 6 months in case of 4 ºC.
    GMO information
    The product does not contain or consist of GMO’s and it is not produced from GMO according to the definition of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
