    Composition
    Vegetable fiber, tapioca, pea protein, transglutaminase*.
    *This ingredient has the function of technological aid in the final product, as long as the heat treatment applied guarantees the inactivation of the enzyme.
    Dosage
    3.35 g/kg of final product.
    6.00 g/kg of flour
    How to use
    Add the INNOFIBER BK 02 together with the other ingredients or additives.
    Packaging
    INNOFIBER BK 02 is packed in 20 Kg multilayer bag with inner PE layer.
    Storage and transport conditions
    Store the product in the original packaging in a cool and dry area. Once opened close it immediately and keep it frozen.
    Shelf life
    12 months from a manufacturing date.

    The product does not contain or consist of GMO's and is not produced from GMO according to the definition of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
