    ENSIS EV-8 is a powdered mix highly functional of dried vinegar and fermented dextrose to be used as a preservative in food and antimicrobiological aplications giving a slight taste of vinegar.

    Ingredients
    Vinegar, fermented dextrose.
    Advantages
    - Inhibiting bacteria growth, including Listera monocytogenes in meat
    - Inhibiting mould growth in bakery products, sauces and others
    - Extending shelf life without altering organoleptic properties
    Recommended dosage
    It can be used in a 2% solution and then spryed homogeneously until a 2% of absorption. Between 0.05% and 0.1% in bread dough and between 0.1% and 0.5% in sauces.
    Packaging
    Packed in multilayer bags of 25kg with inner layer of PE.
    Storage and transport conditions
    Keep the product with the original packaging in a cool and dry place.

    24 months from production date
