    Composition
    Lactose, buttermilk, transglutaminase*, vegetable oil (sunflower).
    *This ingredient has the function of technological aid in the final product, as long as the heat treatment applied guarantees the inactivation of the enzyme.
    Dosage
    0,01% - 0,40%. The dosage varies with the application.
    Packaging
    ENZYMILK 03 is packed in 4Kg bags.
    Storage and transport conditions
    Storage under dry and cool condition. Once opened, reseal a portion and store frozen immediately after opening.
    Shelf life
    9 months from manufacturing date.

    The product does not contain or consist of GMO's and is not produced from GMO according to the definition of Regulation (EC) No. 1829/2003 and 1830/2003.
